Payment and Shipping Methods

If you choose the EXW model, VSTAR will send the products to your designated freight forwarder, or have your freight forwarder come to the factory to pick up the products directly
If you choose the DDP model, VSTAR will deliver the furniture directly to your door. In this method,you will need to pay the furniture price and shipping costs. (Please note that shipping costs include port charges, customs clearance fees, and customs declaration fees. Therefore, we recommend that you choose this method. After paying the shipping costs and the furniture price, you can simply wait for delivery at home.

Order Payment Detailed Process

Once the contract is confirmed, a 50% deposit of the total price is required to begin production. After production is completed and the quality inspection is finalized, the remaining 50% balance should be paid.

FAQ

I changed my mind during the production process, can I ask for a refund?

Once the workers start to make the products, it is usually difficult to get a 100% refund. If you wish to exchange the item after paying the deposit, we will try our best to meet your request and minimize your loss, but we cannot guarantee a 100% refund.
