Shipping and delivery methods

Method:

If you order a small quantity of furniture, we will pack each piece of furniture in a wooden frame to protect it from damage during transportation. Use LCL shipping to reduce freight costs.
If your quantity is sufficient we will use a whole container for shipping. Each container is only used to transport your order and is only unpacked at the final destination.

Container Types:
We offer a variety of container sizes from 20 feet to 40 feet, depending on the volume of your product.

Delivery Process

Loading: First the container will be loaded at our furniture factory.
Consolidation: If you have other building materials, sanitary products, etc. that you need us to help you purchase, the container will go to the corresponding factory for loading according to a specific route.
Transport to the port: The container is transported to the nearest port.
Customs declaration: handle customs clearance procedures in China and the destination country.
Ocean freight: The container arrives at the destination port in the customer’s country.
Rail Delivery: Upon arrival, containers are placed on rail platforms and transported to designated stations.
Destination delivery: The product is delivered to the customer’s designated address (residence,office or warehouse).

New York (USA): About 20-28 natural days
South Korea (KR): About 5-12 natural days
Sydney (Australia): About 12-18 natural days
London (UK): About 30-36 natural days
Dubai (UAE): About 13-22 natural days

FAQ

What if I don't have a freight forwarder?

If you don’t have a suitable freight forwarder, we can handle the transportation. The transport company is a freight forwarder with whom we have deep cooperation and many years of experience.

Will you be responsible for unloading and breaking up the cargo at the final destination?

Each unloading destination is different and the corresponding service will be different. If you need this service, please let us know and we will communicate with the freight company in advance.

Can I track the location of my shipment while it's in transit?

Yes, we provide goods tracking service.

What should I do if my goods is damaged during shipping?

Although we will pack the goods safely before shipping, we will still purchase basic insurance for the goods to protect against possible damage during transportation. We will also recommend that you purchase additional insurance. If the goods are damaged, we will re-ship them or provide other solutions.
